Start with one initial 75-minute assessment where you will learn if you have a diastasis, speak about any post-natal differences with your body, and define your fitness goals.

What you can expect from Mama Moves training:

  • A week-to-week exercise schedule we will build together.
  • Rehabilitation for your core and pelvic floor, cardio for weight-loss, stretching, low impact exercises to start, resistance training, and Pilates.
  • One-on-one guidance while you build a strong foundation through functional movement.
  • Personal support to reach your goal while integrating this lifestyle the way it fits best.
  • An hour focused on you.
